POPASSIGN: a program for population, relatedness and parentage analysis using microsatellite data

The program expects data in the form aof a tab-delimited file. Microsatellite alleles are coded by allele sizes in bp. One column for each locus with alleles seperated by a space. Individual names and population names are optional but strongly suggested. The progra, guides you through all steps.

Installation: Mount the disk image. It contains three files: the program, a helper file (INTFILE), and a sample genotype file. Save them all into a specific folder on your hard disk. Just double click PopAssign5b.
